Significantly below expectation

I bought one and was hoping for a smooth writing experience. My Rs. 500 notebook made in india has a smoother experience. I will next time not buy it. I do not see the point in splurging.

The notebook has a page with months printed where you can write your milestones for the year (this is a good feature) and there are pages for writing index. The notebook is made for journaling but I do not see any reason why this notebook should be preferred over any high quality india equivalent.

Build quality- very high
Writing instrument - I use Lamy Safari medium nib and I do not see any issue in writing so far on the backside of the page.
